August sucked…big time. For the month I only lost 4 ounces!!! But I only have myself to blame. I didn’t hit the gym very much. I didn’t use MyFitnessPal much. I ate crap I really should not have eaten. I blew the month of August.
I lost and gained the same 4 pounds all month. But since March I have lost 34 pounds, which I am really proud of.
September will be a better month. I will work out more regularly. I will use MyFitnessPal daily. My goal is to lose at least 10 pounds this month. More will be nice but I’ll be happy with 10.
This month I am going to share my weight and measurements. I have never done it on my blog, maybe it will give me more accountability.
